Lisa Broderick is an executive advisor, former C-suite operator, and founder of Conversus Group LLC, where she works with CEOs, boards, and senior executives navigating growth, transformation, and organizational complexity. With more than three decades of leadership experience across technology, finance, media, and professional services, she has helped organizations strengthen execution, operational performance, governance, and long-term sustainability.
Lisa is the co-author, with Marshall Goldsmith, of Permanence (2026), a framework for creating lasting behavioral and organizational change through accountability and daily execution disciplines. She is also the founder of Police2Peace, a nonprofit focused on leadership accountability and institutional trust in public safety organizations. Building on three decades of helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, restructuring, and succession, Lisa developed Future by Design™ to help accomplished professionals intentionally design their own futures.
Her governance experience includes public company board service during periods of significant restructuring and transformation, along with advisory and leadership roles across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Lisa holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Rich Salute is a seasoned financial consultant with over 40 years of audit, accounting, and tax experience. An authority on SEC matters, he has guided numerous IPOs and represented clients with securities on the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, and other markets.
Before joining CohnReznick, Rich spent 29 years at Arthur Andersen, leading the Enterprise Group and managing complex audits for both public and private companies. He advised on strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers, and process evaluations, serving clients from multinational corporations to startups. He also helped establish three Andersen practices: the Enterprise Group (NY metro), the Technology Practice (NY), and the Bankruptcy and Corporate Recovery Practice (nationwide). Rich graduated cum laude from Adelphi University.
Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, he overcame early academic struggles by joining the service, then pursuing higher education at Nassau Community College. Discovering his aptitude for learning, he transferred to Adelphi, earning his accounting degree.
Rich’s career began at a small firm but flourished at Arthur Andersen, where he became a partner within 11 years—an accomplishment he describes as a “kid from Adelphi making it big.” Over time, he built deep expertise in government contracting and technology, auditing firms such as Grumman and AIL, and later focusing on small and midsize enterprises in the technology sector.
