Lisa Broderick helps CEOs and owners through consequential change when what needs to happen next isn’t clear.
Having spent more than 30 years as a CEO, CFO, COO, founder, board member, coach, and advisor, Lisa has built companies, grown them, sold them, worked through restructurings, and helped leaders make some very difficult decisions. She knows what it feels like to be the person who has to make the call and live with the result.
That experience taught Lisa to see across a company. A problem that looks financial may really be about leadership. A strategy problem may actually be an execution problem. A technology problem may have much more to do with people and how they work. She tends to see those connections quickly.
That’s usually when people call her. Something important needs to change, but they’re not quite sure what the real problem is or what to do about it. Lisa helps them figure that out, decide what needs to happen next, and then works alongside them to get it done.
Her work has taken her across technology, telecommunications, financial services, professional services, public safety, and other sectors. It has included growth, restructuring, leadership and ownership changes, governance, organizational change, and building companies from the ground up.
Lisa started her career in the early days of Silicon Valley, including at pre-IPO Apple Computer. Having lived through several major waves of technology change since then, she now spends a good deal of time thinking and writing about AI, what it will mean for companies, and how leaders need to prepare for it.
Lisa is an executive coach and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. She and Marshall co-authored Permanence (2026), about why change so often doesn’t last and what makes it stick.
She is also the founder of Police2Peace, where she works with public safety leaders on leadership, accountability, culture, and trust; the author of All the Time in The World (2021), and the creator of Future by You™, which helps accomplished people figure out what they want their next chapter to look like and how to make it happen.
Across all of Lisa’s work, the common thread is pretty simple: seeing what’s really going on, figuring out what needs to change, and helping people make that change work.
Lisa earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA in Global Finance and Management from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Rich Salute is a seasoned financial consultant with over 40 years of audit, accounting, and tax experience. An authority on SEC matters, he has guided numerous IPOs and represented clients with securities on the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, and other markets.
Before joining CohnReznick, Rich spent 29 years at Arthur Andersen, leading the Enterprise Group and managing complex audits for both public and private companies. He advised on strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers, and process evaluations, serving clients from multinational corporations to startups. He also helped establish three Andersen practices: the Enterprise Group (NY metro), the Technology Practice (NY), and the Bankruptcy and Corporate Recovery Practice (nationwide). Rich graduated cum laude from Adelphi University.
Born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, he overcame early academic struggles by joining the service, then pursuing higher education at Nassau Community College. Discovering his aptitude for learning, he transferred to Adelphi, earning his accounting degree.
Rich’s career began at a small firm but flourished at Arthur Andersen, where he became a partner within 11 years—an accomplishment he describes as a “kid from Adelphi making it big.” Over time, he built deep expertise in government contracting and technology, auditing firms such as Grumman and AIL, and later focusing on small and midsize enterprises in the technology sector.
